Diamond Push-Up
1 - Start in a high plank position with your hands directly under your chest and your feet extended behind you.
2 - Place your hands close together so your thumbs and index fingers form a diamond or triangle shape on the floor.
3 - Brace your core, keep your body in a straight line from head to heels, and avoid letting your hips sag or rise.
4 - Lower your chest toward your hands by bending your elbows, keeping them close to your sides.
5 - Descend until your chest is just above the floor or as low as you can control with proper form.
6 - Press through your palms to extend your elbows and return to the starting position.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
