High Knees
1 - Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart and arms at your sides.
2 - Engage your core and begin jogging in place, driving your right knee up toward your chest as high as possible.
3 - Quickly switch legs, bringing your left knee up while driving your right foot back down to the ground.
4 - Simultaneously pump your arms in opposition — right arm forward when left knee is up, and vice versa.
5 - Maintain an upright posture throughout the movement, avoiding leaning backward.
6 - Keep a fast, rhythmic pace, landing softly on the balls of your feet with each step.
7 - Continue for the desired duration or number of repetitions.
