A-Skips
- 1 - Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart and arms relaxed at your sides.
- 2 - Begin marching forward by driving your right knee up to hip height while simultaneously pushing off the ball of your left foot.
- 3 - As your right knee rises, swing your left arm forward and right arm back in a coordinated, rhythmic motion.
- 4 - Quickly lower your right foot back to the ground with an active, pawing motion directly beneath your hip.
- 5 - Immediately repeat the movement on the opposite side, driving the left knee up while pushing off the right foot.
- 6 - Maintain a slight forward lean, keep your core engaged, and stay on the balls of your feet throughout the movement.
- 7 - Continue alternating legs while moving forward at a controlled, consistent pace for the desired distance or duration.
