4 - Land softly on the ball of your left foot, immediately transitioning to drive your left knee upward while pushing off the right foot with a skip.
5 - Continue alternating legs in a rhythmic, skipping pattern, focusing on explosive knee drive and a quick, light ground contact.
6 - Maintain an upright torso, engaged core, and relaxed shoulders throughout the movement.
7 - Continue for the desired duration or distance, gradually increasing speed and height of the knee drive as you warm up.
