Single Arm Landmine Row
- 1 - Place one end of a barbell securely in a landmine attachment or anchored corner, and load the opposite end with the desired weight.
- 2 - Stand beside the loaded end of the barbell with your feet about shoulder-width apart and hinge at the hips while keeping your back flat.
- 3 - Grasp the end of the barbell sleeve with one hand, letting your arm extend fully toward the floor while maintaining a braced core.
- 4 - Pull the barbell up toward your hip by driving your elbow back, keeping your shoulder down and avoiding torso rotation.
- 5 - Squeeze your upper back and lat at the top of the movement, then lower the barbell under control until your arm is extended again.
- 6 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch sides and perform the same number of reps with the opposite arm.
