Butterfly Stretch
1 - Sit on the floor with your back straight and bring the soles of your feet together in front of you.
2 - Hold your feet or ankles with both hands, allowing your knees to drop out to the sides toward the floor.
3 - Sit tall, engaging your core slightly to maintain an upright posture.
4 - Gently press your knees toward the floor using your elbows or allow gravity to deepen the stretch naturally.
5 - Hold the stretch for the desired duration, breathing deeply and relaxing further into the position with each exhale.
6 - To release, slowly bring your knees back up and extend your legs forward.
