Adductor Machine
1 - Sit on the adductor machine with your back firmly against the pad and your feet placed on the footrests.
2 - Adjust the thigh pads so they rest against the inside of your knees or thighs, and set the starting position to a comfortable range of motion.
3 - Grip the handles or sides of the seat and keep your torso upright throughout the movement.
4 - Squeeze your thighs together by pressing the pads inward in a controlled motion.
5 - Pause briefly when your legs come together, focusing on contracting the inner thighs.
6 - Slowly return to the starting position without letting the weight stack slam down.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
