Abductor Machine
1 - Sit on the abductor machine with your back firmly against the pad and your feet placed on the footrests.
2 - Position the outside of your thighs against the pads and adjust the seat or range of motion so you can start with your legs comfortably together.
3 - Grip the handles and keep your chest up, core braced, and pelvis stable throughout the movement.
4 - Press your knees outward against the pads in a controlled motion until your hips are comfortably abducted.
5 - Pause briefly at the outer position while squeezing your glutes.
6 - Slowly return your legs to the starting position without letting the weight stack slam down.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
