Ring Tricep Extension
1 - Set the rings at about chest to waist height and stand facing away from the anchor point with one ring in each hand.
2 - Extend your arms in front of you at shoulder height with palms facing each other, keeping your body in a straight line from head to heels.
3 - Walk your feet back or forward to choose an appropriate difficulty; the more horizontal your body, the harder the exercise.
4 - Brace your core and bend only at the elbows, allowing your body to move forward as your hands travel toward your forehead.
5 - Keep your upper arms relatively fixed and your elbows pointing forward, then extend your elbows to press your body back to the starting position.
6 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions while maintaining control and a rigid body position.
