Band Overhead Press
1 - Stand with your feet about shoulder-width apart and place the center of a resistance band under both feet.
2 - Hold one end of the band in each hand at shoulder height with your palms facing forward or slightly inward.
3 - Brace your core, keep your ribs down, and maintain a tall posture without leaning back.
4 - Press both hands upward until your arms are fully extended overhead, keeping your wrists stacked over your elbows.
5 - Pause briefly at the top, then lower your hands back to shoulder height in a controlled manner.
6 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions while maintaining steady band tension.
