Chin-Up
1 - Stand beneath a pull-up bar and grip it with an underhand (supinated) grip, hands shoulder-width apart or slightly narrower.
2 - Hang at full arm extension with your legs slightly bent or crossed behind you to avoid touching the ground.
3 - Engage your core and retract your shoulder blades to initiate the movement.
4 - Pull yourself upward by driving your elbows down and back, focusing on squeezing your biceps and lats.
5 - Continue pulling until your chin clears the bar, ensuring your chest rises toward the bar.
6 - Pause briefly at the top, then slowly lower yourself back to the starting position in a controlled manner.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, maintaining full range of motion throughout.
