Kneeling Shoulder Tap
1 - Begin in a kneeling push-up position with your knees on the ground, hips in line with your shoulders, and hands placed slightly wider than shoulder-width apart.
2 - Engage your core and glutes to stabilize your body and maintain a neutral spine throughout the movement.
3 - Shift your weight slightly onto your left hand while keeping your hips as square to the ground as possible.
4 - Lift your right hand off the ground and tap your left shoulder, then return your right hand back to the starting position.
5 - Shift your weight to the right hand and repeat the movement on the opposite side, tapping your right shoulder with your left hand.
6 - Continue alternating sides in a controlled manner, minimizing any rotation or rocking of the hips throughout the exercise.
7 - Complete the desired number of repetitions on each side.
