Dumbbell Around-The-World
- 1 - Stand tall with your feet about shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand at your sides with your palms facing forward.
- 2 - Brace your core, keep your chest up, and maintain a slight bend in your elbows throughout the movement.
- 3 - Raise the dumbbells out to the sides in a wide circular arc, moving them upward until they meet or come close together overhead.
- 4 - Keep the movement controlled and avoid shrugging your shoulders or leaning backward as the weights pass shoulder height.
- 5 - Reverse the same wide arc to lower the dumbbells back to your sides under control.
- 6 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, using a light to moderate weight that allows smooth shoulder motion.
