Banded Serratus Punch
1 - Anchor a resistance band behind you at about chest or shoulder height.
2 - Stand facing away from the anchor and hold the band handle in one hand with your arm extended forward at shoulder height.
3 - Keep your elbow straight or only slightly bent, ribs down, and core lightly braced.
4 - Reach your fist forward by protracting your shoulder blade, allowing the shoulder blade to glide around the rib cage without shrugging.
5 - Pause briefly at full reach, focusing on the muscles around the side of the ribs and shoulder blade.
6 - Slowly return to the starting position by letting the shoulder blade move back under control.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch sides.
