TRX Fly
1 - Anchor the TRX straps securely at a high point and adjust the handles to about mid-length.
2 - Stand facing away from the anchor point, hold one handle in each hand, and extend your arms in front of your chest with palms facing each other.
3 - Step forward to create tension in the straps and lean your body slightly forward, keeping your body in a straight line from head to heels.
4 - With a slight bend in your elbows, slowly open your arms out to the sides as your chest lowers between your hands.
5 - Stop when you feel a controlled stretch across your chest, keeping your core braced and shoulders stable.
6 - Squeeze your chest and bring your hands back together in front of your chest to return to the starting position.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions while maintaining a steady tempo and neutral spine.
