Dumbbell Standing Chest Fly
- 1 - Stand tall with your feet about shoulder-width apart and hold a light dumbbell in each hand.
- 2 - Start with your arms slightly out to your sides and down, palms facing forward or slightly inward, with a soft bend in your elbows.
- 3 - Brace your core, keep your chest lifted, and avoid leaning backward.
- 4 - Raise the dumbbells upward and inward in a wide arc, bringing your hands together in front of your chest at about shoulder height.
- 5 - Squeeze your chest briefly at the top while keeping your elbows slightly bent and shoulders down.
- 6 - Lower the dumbbells back to the starting position in a controlled motion, maintaining the same elbow angle.
- 7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions using light weight and controlled form.
