TRX Knee Tuck
1 - Adjust the TRX straps so the foot cradles hang a few inches above the floor.
2 - Place both feet securely in the foot cradles and position yourself face down with your hands on the floor under your shoulders.
3 - Lift into a high plank position with your body in a straight line from head to heels and your core braced.
4 - Keeping your shoulders stable and hips controlled, pull both knees toward your chest.
5 - Pause briefly at the tucked position without rounding excessively through the lower back.
6 - Extend your legs back to the starting plank position in a controlled manner.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions while maintaining a strong plank throughout.
