Wall Sit
- 1 - Stand with your back flat against a wall, feet shoulder-width apart and about 2 feet away from the wall.
- 2 - Slowly slide your back down the wall by bending your knees until your thighs are parallel to the floor, forming a 90-degree angle at the knees.
- 3 - Ensure your knees are directly above your ankles and not extending past your toes.
- 4 - Keep your back flat against the wall, core engaged, and arms resting at your sides or on your thighs.
- 5 - Hold this position for the desired duration, breathing steadily throughout.
- 6 - To finish, slowly slide back up the wall to the standing position.
