Wall Tibialis Raise
- 1 - Stand with your back against a wall and your feet about 12–18 inches in front of you, keeping your legs straight or only slightly bent.
- 2 - Keep your heels planted on the floor and lean your upper back lightly into the wall for support.
- 3 - Lift the front of both feet by pulling your toes up toward your shins as high as you can.
- 4 - Pause briefly at the top and squeeze the muscles along the front of your lower legs.
- 5 - Lower your toes back toward the floor in a slow, controlled motion while keeping your heels down.
- 6 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, maintaining control and avoiding bouncing.
