Big Toe Extension
1 - Sit or stand barefoot with your foot flat on the floor and your heel grounded.
2 - Keep the smaller toes relaxed and in contact with the floor as much as possible.
3 - Slowly lift your big toe upward into extension without letting the arch collapse or the foot roll outward.
4 - Pause briefly at the top and feel the stretch or activation through the big toe and arch of the foot.
5 - Lower the big toe back to the floor with control.
6 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch sides.
