Big Toe Flexion
1 - Sit or stand with your foot flat on the floor and your toes pointing straight ahead.
2 - Keep the smaller toes relaxed and try to move only the big toe.
3 - Press the big toe downward into the floor, actively flexing it without curling the rest of the foot excessively.
4 - Hold the flexed position briefly while keeping the heel and ball of the foot in contact with the ground.
5 - Slowly release the big toe back to the starting position with control.
6 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch sides if needed.
