Seated Shin Stretch
1 - Kneel on the floor with your knees hip-width apart and the tops of your feet flat against the ground.
2 - Slowly sit your hips back toward your heels while keeping your toes pointed behind you.
3 - Place your hands on the floor beside you or on your thighs for support and balance.
4 - Gently lean back or lift your knees slightly off the floor if you need a deeper stretch along the front of the shins and ankles.
5 - Hold the stretch while breathing slowly, keeping the movement comfortable and controlled without sharp pain.
6 - Release by leaning forward, placing your hands on the floor, and slowly lifting your hips away from your heels.
