Calf Raise With Ball Squeeze
- 1 - Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart and place a small exercise ball between your ankles or lower calves.
- 2 - Gently squeeze the ball to keep it in place while maintaining an upright posture and braced core.
- 3 - Shift your weight evenly through the balls of both feet, keeping your knees straight but not locked.
- 4 - Slowly raise your heels off the floor as high as comfortable while continuing to squeeze the ball.
- 5 - Pause briefly at the top, then lower your heels back to the floor with control.
- 6 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions without letting the ball drop or your ankles roll outward.
