Ankle Alphabet
1 - Sit on a chair, bench, or floor with one leg extended so your foot can move freely.
2 - Keep your knee relatively still and lift your foot slightly off the ground.
3 - Using only your ankle, slowly trace the letters of the alphabet in the air with your big toe.
4 - Move through the largest comfortable range of motion without forcing or causing pain.
5 - Complete the alphabet from A to Z, then switch to the other ankle.
6 - Perform the movement slowly and with control, focusing on smooth ankle motion.
