Ankle Circles
1 - Sit on a chair or on the floor with one leg extended in front of you, or stand on one foot while lifting the other foot slightly off the ground.
2 - Keep your leg as still as possible, isolating the movement to your ankle joint.
3 - Slowly rotate your foot in a circular motion clockwise, making the largest circle you can with your toes.
4 - Complete the desired number of rotations in the clockwise direction.
5 - Reverse the direction and rotate your foot counterclockwise for the same number of repetitions.
6 - Switch to the other foot and repeat the same clockwise and counterclockwise rotations.
