Ulnar Deviation
- 1 - Sit or stand with your forearm supported and your wrist positioned just beyond the edge of a bench or your thigh.
- 2 - Hold a light dumbbell or similar weighted object with your thumb facing up and your wrist in a neutral position.
- 3 - Keep your forearm still and slowly move your wrist toward the little-finger side of your hand.
- 4 - Pause briefly at the end range without forcing the movement.
- 5 - Slowly return your wrist to the neutral starting position under control.
- 6 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch sides.
- 7 - Use a light load and avoid pain, especially when performing this as a rehabilitation exercise.
