Wrist Extensor Stretch
1 - Extend one arm straight in front of you at shoulder height with your palm facing down.
2 - Keep your elbow straight and gently bend your wrist so your fingers point toward the floor.
3 - Use your opposite hand to lightly pull the back of your hand and fingers toward your body until you feel a stretch along the top of your forearm.
4 - Keep your shoulder relaxed and avoid twisting the wrist or forcing the stretch.
5 - Hold the stretch for the desired duration while breathing steadily.
6 - Release slowly, then repeat on the other side.
