Barbell Wrist Curl
1 - Sit on a bench and hold a barbell with an underhand grip, palms facing up.
2 - Rest your forearms on your thighs or on the edge of a bench with your wrists extending just past the knees or bench edge.
3 - Keep your elbows and forearms fixed in place while allowing the barbell to lower slowly by extending your wrists.
4 - Curl the barbell upward by flexing your wrists, squeezing your forearms at the top of the movement.
5 - Lower the barbell back down in a controlled motion until you feel a stretch through the forearms.
6 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions while keeping the movement isolated to the wrists.
