Wrist Extension Rockback
1 - Start on your hands and knees with your hands flat on the floor, fingers pointing forward, and shoulders stacked over your wrists.
2 - Spread your fingers and gently press your palms and fingertips into the floor.
3 - Keep your elbows straight but not locked, and maintain a neutral spine.
4 - Slowly rock your hips backward toward your heels while keeping your palms in contact with the floor.
5 - Pause when you feel a gentle stretch through the wrists and forearms.
6 - Rock forward again to the starting position in a controlled manner, then repeat for the desired repetitions or duration.
7 - Avoid forcing the stretch or allowing sharp pain in the wrists.
