Finger Extension
1 - Sit or stand in a comfortable position with your forearm resting on a flat surface or your thigh, palm facing downward.
2 - Begin with your fingers naturally curled or in a relaxed position.
3 - Slowly spread and extend all fingers as wide apart as possible, straightening them fully against any resistance or freely in the air.
4 - Hold the fully extended and spread position for 1-2 seconds, feeling the stretch across the back of the hand and fingers.
5 - Slowly return your fingers to the starting relaxed or curled position in a controlled manner.
6 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch to the other hand.
