Cambered Bar Bench Press
1 - Lie on a flat bench with your feet planted firmly on the floor and your upper back, glutes, and head in contact with the bench.
2 - Position yourself so your eyes are under the cambered bar, then grip the bar slightly wider than shoulder-width with your wrists stacked over your elbows.
3 - Brace your core, squeeze your shoulder blades together, and unrack the bar with control, holding it directly over your chest.
4 - Lower the cambered bar slowly toward your chest, allowing the handles or camber to create a deeper range of motion only as far as your shoulders can tolerate.
5 - Keep your elbows at a moderate angle from your torso and avoid bouncing at the bottom position.
6 - Press the bar back up powerfully until your arms are fully extended, maintaining control and stable shoulder positioning.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then carefully re-rack the bar.
