Kettlebell Bench Press
- 1 - Lie on a flat bench with a kettlebell in each hand, feet planted firmly on the floor.
- 2 - Hold the kettlebells at chest level with your wrists stacked over your elbows and palms facing forward or slightly inward.
- 3 - Brace your core, keep your shoulder blades pulled back and down, and maintain a slight natural arch in your lower back.
- 4 - Press the kettlebells upward until your arms are extended above your chest without locking out aggressively.
- 5 - Keep the kettlebells controlled and aligned over your elbows as you press, avoiding excessive wrist bending.
- 6 - Lower the kettlebells slowly back toward the outside of your chest until your elbows are slightly below bench level or at a comfortable depth.
- 7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions while maintaining control and stability throughout the movement.
