Cable Bench Press
1 - Place a flat bench between two low cable pulleys and attach a handle to each cable.
2 - Lie on the bench with your feet planted firmly on the floor and hold one handle in each hand at chest level.
3 - Position your elbows slightly below shoulder height with your palms facing forward or slightly inward.
4 - Brace your core and press the handles upward and slightly together until your arms are extended above your chest.
5 - Pause briefly at the top while keeping tension on the cables and avoiding locking out aggressively.
6 - Lower the handles back to chest level in a controlled motion, keeping your elbows stable and your shoulders down.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
