Ulnar Nerve Glide
- 1 - Stand or sit tall with your shoulders relaxed and your arm out to the side at about shoulder height.
- 2 - Bend your elbow and bring your palm toward your face, as if making an “OK” sign or holding a small mask near your eye.
- 3 - Gently extend your wrist and fingers so your palm faces away from you, keeping the movement smooth and controlled.
- 4 - Slowly tilt your head away from the working arm to increase the glide, then tilt your head back toward the arm to ease the tension.
- 5 - Move only within a comfortable range; you should feel a mild stretch or gentle nerve tension, not pain, numbness, or tingling that worsens.
- 6 - Repeat the glide slowly for the desired number of repetitions, keeping your breathing relaxed.
- 7 - Switch sides if needed and perform the same controlled movement on the opposite arm.
