Broad Jump
1 - Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, toes pointing forward, with a slight bend in your knees.
2 - Swing your arms back and hinge at the hips, loading your glutes and hamstrings while bending your knees into a quarter squat position.
3 - Explosively swing your arms forward and upward while driving through your legs to jump as far forward as possible.
4 - Extend your hips, knees, and ankles fully at takeoff to maximize horizontal distance.
5 - Reach your arms forward and prepare to land by bending your knees and hinging at the hips.
6 - Land softly on both feet simultaneously, absorbing the impact through your ankles, knees, and hips to protect your joints.
7 - Stabilize your landing position for a moment before resetting for the next repetition.
