Toe Yoga
1 - Stand or sit barefoot with your foot flat on the floor and your weight evenly distributed through the heel, big toe, and little toe.
2 - Keep the ball of the foot in contact with the ground and avoid curling the toes.
3 - Lift only the big toe while keeping the other four toes pressed gently into the floor.
4 - Lower the big toe, then lift the four smaller toes while keeping the big toe pressed into the floor.
5 - Move slowly and with control, minimizing movement through the ankle or knee.
6 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions or hold each toe position for the prescribed duration.
