Dumbbell Crush Press
1 - Lie on a flat bench with a dumbbell in each hand and your feet planted firmly on the floor.
2 - Hold the dumbbells directly above your chest with your palms facing each other and press the dumbbells together firmly.
3 - Keep your shoulder blades pulled back and down, chest lifted, and wrists stacked over your elbows.
4 - Lower the dumbbells toward the center of your chest in a controlled motion while maintaining constant inward pressure between the dumbbells.
5 - Pause briefly near your chest without relaxing the squeeze, then press the dumbbells back up until your arms are extended.
6 - Continue pressing the dumbbells together throughout the movement and repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
