Seated Tibialis Raise
- 1 - Sit upright on a bench or chair with your knees bent about 90 degrees and both feet flat on the floor.
- 2 - Position your feet hip-width apart with your heels planted firmly on the ground.
- 3 - Keeping your heels down, lift the front of your feet and toes upward as high as possible toward your shins.
- 4 - Pause briefly at the top and squeeze the muscles along the front of your lower legs.
- 5 - Lower your toes back toward the floor in a slow, controlled motion without letting your heels lift.
- 6 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
