Rice Bucket Finger Flexion
- 1 - Fill a bucket with rice and sit or stand with the bucket positioned securely in front of you.
- 2 - Insert one hand into the rice until your fingers and part of your hand are fully covered.
- 3 - Start with your fingers extended and spread slightly apart inside the rice.
- 4 - Flex your fingers by curling them inward into a fist against the resistance of the rice.
- 5 - Slowly open your hand back to the starting position, keeping the movement controlled.
- 6 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions or time, then switch hands.
