Toe Spreading
1 - Sit or stand barefoot with your feet flat on the floor and your weight evenly distributed through the heel, big toe, and little toe.
2 - Keep your heel and the ball of your foot in contact with the ground without curling your toes.
3 - Slowly spread your toes apart as wide as possible, focusing on separating the big toe from the smaller toes.
4 - Hold the spread position briefly while keeping the arch of the foot relaxed and stable.
5 - Slowly return the toes to a neutral position without gripping the floor.
6 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions or perform for a set duration on each foot.
7 - Avoid lifting the foot, rolling the ankle inward or outward, or creating tension in the calf.
