Sprint from Standing Start
- 1 - Stand at the starting line with your feet hip-width apart, one foot slightly in front of the other in a staggered stance.
- 2 - Bend your knees slightly and hinge forward at the hips, shifting your weight onto the balls of your feet with your chest leaning forward.
- 3 - Drive your rear leg powerfully into the ground to initiate the sprint, pushing off explosively to accelerate forward.
- 4 - Pump your arms aggressively with a 90-degree bend at the elbows, driving them forward and back in sync with your legs to generate momentum.
- 5 - During the acceleration phase, maintain a forward lean and take short, powerful strides, gradually increasing stride length as you build speed.
- 6 - As you reach top speed, transition to an upright running posture with high knee drive, full hip extension, and powerful arm mechanics.
- 7 - Maintain maximal speed through the finish line, focusing on relaxed yet explosive stride turnover.
