Dumbbell Decline Press
- 1 - Set a decline bench to approximately 15-30 degrees decline and secure your legs under the leg pads.
- 2 - Hold a dumbbell in each hand and lie back on the bench, keeping the dumbbells at chest level with palms facing forward.
- 3 - Plant your feet firmly under the leg pads and ensure your back is flat against the bench throughout the movement.
- 4 - Press the dumbbells upward and slightly inward in an arc motion until your arms are fully extended, with the dumbbells nearly touching at the top.
- 5 - Slowly lower the dumbbells back down in a controlled motion to chest level, feeling the stretch across your lower chest.
- 6 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, maintaining control throughout the entire range of motion.
