Sled Lateral Drag
- 1 - Attach a sled strap or harness and stand sideways to the sled with your feet about hip-width apart.
- 2 - Hold the strap with both hands or secure it around your waist, keeping your torso tall and your core braced.
- 3 - Begin moving laterally by stepping the lead foot out to the side, then bringing the trailing foot in without crossing your feet.
- 4 - Keep your hips level, knees slightly bent, and chest facing forward as you drag the sled sideways.
- 5 - Drive through the outside leg and maintain steady tension on the strap throughout the movement.
- 6 - Continue for the prescribed distance or time, then turn around and repeat in the opposite direction.
- 7 - Avoid twisting your torso or letting your knees collapse inward during each lateral step.
