Adiletix - Bounding - Step-by-Step Guide
Bounding
1 - Stand upright with your feet hip-width apart and engage your core.
2 - Push off powerfully with your right foot, driving your left knee up high while simultaneously swinging your right arm forward.
3 - Leap forward as far as possible, landing softly on your left foot with a slight bend in the knee to absorb impact.
4 - Immediately push off your left foot explosively, driving your right knee up and swinging your left arm forward to continue the bounding motion.
5 - Maintain an upright torso, keeping your gaze forward and arms pumping in opposition to your legs throughout the movement.
6 - Continue alternating legs with maximum horizontal and vertical distance per stride for the desired duration or distance.
