Bunny Hops
1 - Stand with your feet together and your knees slightly bent, arms relaxed at your sides.
2 - Engage your core and bend your knees into a quarter squat position to load your legs.
3 - Spring off both feet simultaneously, hopping forward in small, rapid, continuous jumps.
4 - Land softly on the balls of your feet, immediately absorbing the impact by bending your knees slightly.
5 - Maintain a forward lean and keep your hips low throughout the movement for optimal power and control.
6 - Continue hopping forward for the desired distance, duration, or number of repetitions.
7 - Keep your landings light and controlled to minimize impact and protect your joints.
