Cable Reverse Wrist Curl
- 1 - Attach a straight bar or EZ bar handle to a low cable pulley and stand or sit facing the machine.
- 2 - Grip the handle with an overhand grip, palms facing down, and rest your forearms on a bench, your thighs, or keep them braced close to your body.
- 3 - Position your wrists just beyond the support edge so they can move freely while your forearms stay still.
- 4 - Start with your wrists flexed slightly downward, then curl the handle upward by extending your wrists against the cable resistance.
- 5 - Pause briefly at the top while keeping your elbows and forearms stationary.
- 6 - Lower the handle back down in a slow, controlled motion until you feel a stretch through the top of the forearms.
- 7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions without using your shoulders or elbows to lift the weight.
