Mini-Band Forward Walk
1 - Place a mini resistance band around your ankles or just above your knees, depending on the desired difficulty and comfort.
2 - Stand with your feet hip-width apart and create light tension in the band.
3 - Slightly bend your knees and hips into an athletic stance while keeping your chest up and core engaged.
4 - Step forward with one foot in a controlled manner, keeping your knees aligned with your toes and maintaining band tension.
5 - Bring the opposite foot forward without letting the feet come completely together or the band go slack.
6 - Continue walking forward for the prescribed number of steps or distance, maintaining steady posture and controlled movement.
7 - Avoid letting your knees cave inward or your hips sway side to side.
