Dips Between Chairs
1 - Place two sturdy chairs of equal height parallel to each other, slightly wider than shoulder-width apart, with the seats facing inward.
2 - Stand between the chairs and place one hand on each chair seat, fingers pointing forward or slightly inward.
3 - Lift yourself off the ground by straightening your arms, keeping your legs either bent at the knees or straight in front of you.
4 - Lower your body in a controlled motion by bending your elbows until your upper arms are parallel to the floor or your shoulders are at elbow height.
5 - Press through your palms and extend your arms to push yourself back up to the starting position.
6 - Keep your core engaged and your torso upright throughout the movement to target the triceps, or lean slightly forward to emphasize the chest.
