Kettlebell Side Lunge
- 1 - Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart, holding a kettlebell with both hands in front of your chest or down by your hips.
- 2 - Take a wide step out to one side, keeping your toes pointing forward or slightly outward.
- 3 - Shift your weight into the stepping leg and bend that knee while keeping the opposite leg straight.
- 4 - Push your hips back as you lower into the side lunge, keeping your chest up and spine neutral.
- 5 - Lower until you feel a stretch through the inner thigh of the straight leg while keeping the kettlebell controlled.
- 6 - Drive through the foot of the bent leg to push yourself back to the starting position.
- 7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch sides and perform the same movement on the other leg.
