Hip 90-90 Lift-Off
1 - Sit on the floor in a 90-90 position with your front knee bent at 90 degrees and your back knee bent at 90 degrees.
2 - Keep your torso tall and place your hands on the floor for light support if needed.
3 - Brace your core and keep both sit bones as close to the floor as possible.
4 - Without leaning or rotating your torso, actively lift the back foot or back knee slightly off the floor.
5 - Pause briefly at the top while maintaining control through the hip.
6 - Lower the leg back down slowly and repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
7 - Switch sides and perform the same movement with control.
